Backup and Server Security Policy
Effective starting: April 20, 2024
Busch Technology Solutions, LLC (referred to as “BTS”) is the owner and operator of BuschTechSolutions.com (referred to as “BuschTechSolutions”) and BTSValidation.com (referred to as “BTSValidation”), including any related websites, sub-domains of BTSValidation, and pages. BTS takes backups seriously. This is our last line of defense to support our clients and BTSValidation in the event of a major adverse event that requires BTS to use the Business Continuity Plan.

Organizational structure
BTS is a small woman owned privately held company. IT security is everyone’s responsibility from the president, BTS members, employees, and contractors.
Backups
Backups are completed on a required basis. The backups are secured both on and off-line.
Types of backup data
There are two types of data backup, SQL tables and associated picture/PDFs.
These two items are backed up at least once a day.
BTSValidation
BTSValidation can always be rebuilt from scratch, as BTS has access to the source code.
Security
BTS will confirm that BTSValidation server software and security applications are up to date.
